This model slots neatly between the entry-level IBS variant, priced at Rs. 98,425, and the premium split-seat version with ABS, which retails for Rs. 1.02 lakh (ex-showroom). The single-seat configuration is the primary change, with no additional tweaks to the motorcycleโs core design or mechanics.
The Xtreme 125R single-seater is driven by a reliable 124.7 cc single-cylinder engine, delivering a robust 11.5 horsepower and 10.5 Nm of torque. This engine, paired with a smooth five-speed gearbox, ensures an engaging ride. Notably, this powertrain is also featured in the newly launched Glamour X, showcasing Heroโs commitment to versatile engineering.
Features and Technology
This 2025 model is loaded with modern features tailored for the urban rider. It boasts a fully digital dashboard with Bluetooth connectivity for seamless smartphone integration. The lighting system is entirely LED, including the headlamp, tail lamp, and turn indicators, ensuring excellent visibility and a premium aesthetic. The bikeโs sharp, angular body panels and stylish alloy wheels enhance its sporty appeal. Built on a sturdy diamond frame, the Xtreme 125R offers a balanced ride. The front suspension features a 37 mm telescopic fork, while the rear is equipped with a hydraulic monoshock for superior comfort and handling. The bike rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels, fitted with a 90/90-17 tubeless tire at the front and a wider 120/80-17 tubeless tire at the rear, ensuring grip and stability.

Weighing 136 kg, the Xtreme 125R has a wheelbase of 1,319 mm and a ground clearance of 180 mm, making it agile yet practical for varied terrains. The seat height of 794 mm ensures accessibility for a wide range of riders, and the 10-liter fuel tank supports longer journeys. Braking duties are handled by a 240 mm front disc and a 130 mm rear drum brake, with Combined Braking System (CBS) as standard. The top-spec split-seat variant offers single-channel ABS for enhanced safety.
