Mahindra has just pulled the covers off the upgraded 2026 model year versions of its legendary commercial workhorses, the Bolero Camper and Bolero Pik-Up. These aren’t just minor tweaks; the company has injected a dose of modern style, better comfort, and smart technology into these rugged vehicles, all while keeping their tough-as-nails reputation intact.
Whatโs New with the 2026 Bolero Camper?
The Bolero Camper lineup kicks off with a starting price of Rs. 9.85 lakh (ex-showroom) for the basic 2WD model without air conditioning. For those needing extra grip, the 4WD Non-AC variant begins at Rs. 10.13 lakh. The range stretches up to the fully-loaded Gold RX 4WD trim, which will set you back Rs. 10.49 lakh.
Beyond the price sheet, the real news is in the upgrades. Mahindra has given the Camper subtle but noticeable visual enhancements, including fresh decals and body-coloured door handles and mirrors. Inside the cabin, the focus is squarely on improved driver and passenger comfort. Key additions now include supportive headrests for rear seats, an air conditioning and heating unit, and a Bluetooth-enabled music system for calls and entertainment.
Perhaps the most significant upgrade is the introduction of the advanced iMAXX telematics system on specific variants. This smart technology provides real-time data on vehicle performance and location, a major boost for business owners looking to optimize fleet operations and improve efficiency.

Inside the Pik-Up’s cabin, Mahindra has addressed comfort with a new reclining driver’s seat complete with a headrest and a wider co-passenger seat. Select variants now also offer the crucial addition of air conditioning and heating, ensuring all-weather comfort and clear visibility for those long hauls on the job.

Mahindra’s Product Blitz Continues
These launches are part of Mahindra’s aggressive product offensive. The automaker recently unveiled the feature-packed XUV 3XO and the three-row XUV 7XO SUVs for the personal vehicle segment. Industry watchers suggest that the remainder of the calendar year could see more exciting reveals, including a special edition Thar Roxx, an updated Scorpio N, and potentially a production model based on the striking Vision S concept.
With these updates, Mahindra solidifies the Bolero Camper and Pik-Up’s position as formidable contenders in the commercial vehicle space, proving that legendary reliability can now come with a welcome touch of modern convenience and smart technology.
