Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) delivered a robust performance in September 2025, selling a total of 31,091 vehicles, a 16% jump from the same month last year. The domestic market led the charge with 27,089 units, while exports added 4,002 units, reflecting growing global demand for India-made Toyota vehicles.

Strong Half-Year Results

For the first half of fiscal year 2026 (Aprilโ€“September 2025), TKM recorded 1,84,959 vehicle sales, a 14% increase compared to 1,62,623 units in the same period of the previous year. The success of badge-engineered, high-volume models has significantly contributed to this growth.

GST Reforms Drive Demand

  • Camry Hybrid: Up to โ‚น1,01,800 off
  • Vellfire: Up to โ‚น2,78,000 off

Product and Marketing Highlights

The Toyota Rumion grabbed attention with a recent update, now featuring six airbags as standard across all variants, enhancing its safety appeal. Beyond product upgrades, TKM has ramped up its marketing efforts, notably partnering with Japanโ€™s renowned DRUM TAO performance group as brand ambassadors to elevate its brand image.
